The present Terms and Conditions of use of the online shop www.vinylka.md are applicable to orders for the purchase of products\/services offered by VINYLKA RECORDS SRL through the website.<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to use the site in good conditions, we recommend that you carefully familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions presented. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

La \u00eenregistrarea comenzii in magazinul online, Cump\u0103r\u0103torul  accepta Termeni si Condi\u021biile de v\u00e2nzare a bunurilor\/produselor \u0219i\/sau prestare a serviciilor  care sunt baza\u021bi pe legisla\u021bia RM (in continuare \u2013 Termeni \u0219i Condi\u021bii) prezentate mai jos.<\/span><\/p>\n

The use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by VINYLKA RECORDS SRL, in accordance with Law no.284\/2004 on Electronic Commerce. Relations between the customer and the seller are established on the basis of Law no.105\/2003 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Seller reserves the right to modify the given Terms and Conditions and the Buyer is obliged to monitor changes.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/span><\/p>\n

By using www.vinylka.md , you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data, which is necessary for the processing\/confirmation\/execution of orders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal data is only processed for legitimate purposes, such as to provide the products you order, promotions, google analytics, cookies and newsletter notifications.<\/span><\/p>\n

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions laid down in Law No 133\/2011 on the protection of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders can be paid by credit card - upon receipt of your order you will receive the receipt confirming payment. <\/span><\/p>\n

The payment processor uses a secure system, based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard which means a new global approach to shopper authentication in secure online transactions. Reimbursement is made only to the payment card that was used for the purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is done in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialised payment system server.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the currency of the transaction differs from the currency of the payment, the conversion of the amount of the transaction is made according to the exchange rate of the issuing bank for card transactions on the day of settlement.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS\/GOODS\/SERVICES<\/span><\/p>\n

    After registration of the order, the buyer is given information on the expected date of transmission of the order by the courier\/delivery service. <\/span><\/p>\n

Livrarea se efectueaz\u0103 de la ora 09:00  p\u00e2n\u0103 la ora 20:00  \u0219i este <\/span>gratuit\u0103<\/span> pentru comenzi de minim  300 MDL, pentru comenzi cu valoare mai mic\u0103 se achit\u0103 livrarea 30 MDL (care va fi inclus\u0103 \u00een suma total\u0103 a tranzac\u021biei\/comenzii).<\/span><\/p>\n

    Livrarea pe teritoriul R.Moldova se efectueaz\u0103 \u00een timp de 120 ore, de la confirmarea comenzii de c\u0103tre operatorii no\u0219tri. Livrarea se efectueaz\u0103 de la ora 09:00 p\u00e2n\u0103 la ora 20:00  \u0219i este <\/span>gratuit\u0103<\/span> pentru comenzi de minim 800 MDL, pentru comenzi cu valoare mai mic\u0103 se achit\u0103 livrarea 65 MDL (care va fi inclus\u0103 \u00een suma total\u0103 a tranzac\u021biei\/comenzii).<\/span><\/p>\n

    No deliveries are made on Sundays or national holidays.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The delivery time may be extended in certain isolated situations (e.g. bad weather, public holidays, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you if we encounter one of these isolated situations in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You can choose any address for delivery - home, office or any other address, with no additional charges. We only accept one delivery address for each order. If you need to ship your order to different addresses, please register different orders for each address.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Upon receipt of the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5. RIGHT OF RETURN  <\/span><\/p>\n

    According to the notion of Law No 105-XV of 13 March 2013 on consumer protection <\/span>The buyer has the right to return the purchased product\/goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the day of payment. The money is returned to the card on which the purchase was made.<\/span><\/p>\n
